Sunrise Employees Schedule of Benefits

 

 

Compensation:  will be paid weekly, and deposited via ACH automatically into your banking account.

 

Medical & Drug Insurance:  85% of premium is covered by co-op.

 

  • Dental Insurance

 

  • Vision Insurance

 

401(K):  the co-op will match 50% of your contribution up to a maximum co-op contribution of 3%.  Employee can start contributing after 6 months.

 

Flexible Spending Account:  can set aside a maximum of $30 per week for approved medical and prescription costs to be reimbursed from this account.

 

Long Term Disability:  Provided by the co-op for all full time employees.

 

Educational Assistance:  Approved courses of study will be reimbursed at 100% for an A, 80% for a B.  Employee must work 12 months after reimbursement.

 

Vacation:  5 days during the 1st year of employment, 10 days during the 2nd year of employment.  After completing 2 full years of employment, will gain 1 additional day of vacation for each year of service up to a maximum of 20 days.

 

Paid Sick Leave:  After 1 year of service, will receive 32 hours of sick time each year.

 

Pension:  After 1 year of service, the co-op will start accumulating money in a pension plan for you.  This Pension has an A rating.

 

Profit-Sharing:  After 1 year of service, if the co-op makes a profit the previous year, a portion of these profits will be given back to the employees each December.

 

Holidays:  In addition to the major holidays, our employees are given the day after Christmas off, and our co-op closes all facilities the 1st Tuesday of every August for Cedar Point Day.  Your family can go to Cedar Point at no cost to you.
